Today, I am happily married to a great guy who I've been with since 2006, but it wasn't always this way.
I've been studying love and relationships my whole life but couldn't figure out how to make a relationship work long term. I have a Masters in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelors in Family Studies and Human Development. I'm an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner and Trainer, which means that I help people to use their brains better to get better results in their lives.
Even though I have those skills, I still experienced years of love and heartbreak. I watched two men I was deeply in love with marry other women because I was their buddy, not the woman they wanted to marry.
I had no idea why.
I felt angry, confused, and hopeless. I wondered what was wrong with me?!?!?
Have you ever wondered that?
Then, when I was 36, I learned that there was something empowering that turned things around.
I learned that the the masculine and feminine are so different that we'd be better off if we ACTUALLY spoke different languages because then we wouldn't think we were communicating.
This made it possible to meet and marry my husband in 2010.
How did I do it?
I learned how to navigate the dance of the masculine and feminine energies within myself and within my relationship. I learned how to be curious instead of furious. I learned how to ask for what I need, in a way that works, so that I feel loved and nurtured in ways I never felt before.
Now, instead of worrying about relationship problems, my energy is free to do what I love: helping my clients learn how to navigate their relationships so they can Live Their Lives in Love.
