  • What are your fees?

    You can schedule one session at a time for $200 per session.

    However, I encourage my clients to invest in themselves by offering them packages that save them money. 

    This tells your unconscious mind that you're serious about your growth. It also allows me to make your transformation a priority. When someone commits to working with me, I commit to doing everything in my power to support them in creating a life and relationship they love.

    If you're committed to making changes and are willing to put in the necessary work, I will do my best to work with your financial situation. 

    Are you reimbursed by insurance?

    Most insurance companies do not reimburse coaches, but some Health Savings Accounts and FLEX spending programs will. (I can provide you with an invoice).

    What's the difference between Coaching, Therapy, and NLP?

    Coaching primarily focuses on setting and achieving specific goals, whether they are professional aspirations or personal growth objectives. Coaches employ action-oriented strategies, accountability mechanisms, and skill-building exercises, often incorporating techniques from fields like Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), to empower clients in reaching their desired outcomes within a relatively short timeframe, spanning weeks to months. Unlike therapy, coaching typically does not delve deeply into past traumas or psychological issues; instead, it concentrates on forward momentum and skill enhancement to propel individuals toward success.

    In contrast, therapy is centered on addressing emotional challenges, psychological issues, and mental health concerns. Therapists utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychoanalysis, and sometimes elements of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), to delve into clients' past experiences, emotions, and thought patterns.

    Therapy sessions often extend over a longer duration, spanning months or even years, as clients work through deep-seated issues and strive for greater self-awareness and healing. Unlike coaching, therapy typically requires therapists to hold advanced degrees and licensure, as they navigate the complexities of mental health and well-being with their clients.

    Through combining coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and therapy I offer a comprehensive approach to personal development and well-being. This integrative approach draws upon the strengths of each discipline to address a wide range of challenges and goals.

    As a coach skilled in NLP techniques I help my clients reframe limiting beliefs, develop effective communication skills, and enhance motivation. I combine this with my training as a therapist to provide support in navigating emotional complexities, healing past traumas, and fostering self-awareness.

    The combined approach I use recognizes you as a multifaceted being and offers tailored support by integrating practical strategies, psychological insights, and holistic healing techniques. Together, they create a synergistic blend that empowers you to achieve your goals, overcome obstacles, and cultivate lasting positive change in your life. 

    Why should I invest in coaching & how will it help me?

    The aim of coaching is to help you understand yourself more deeply, AND take actions toward the life and relationship you truly desire. 

    I have done traditional therapy, and while it was useful, it could only take me so far. I needed someone to guide me in taking the best steps toward achieving my goals so I found a coach. 

    Working with my coach and seeing the results, inspired me to become a coach. 

    I've spent years gaining a deeper understanding of human behavior, how the brain works and relationship dynamics. 

    Years of talking about a problem can give you an understanding of “Why” you do the things you do, but it might not help you get into action to make the changes you need to make to see the results you desire. 

    Much of what stops us from reaching our potential happens outside our conscious awareness. And it's VERY difficult to "see" ourselves from the outside. We all have “blind spots,” which is why it's so important to seek the help of a coach.

    In order to make the changes you desire, you need to move beyond the “Why” you feel bad (are depressed, angry, frustrated, anxious and your relationships always fall apart). You need to use that awareness combined with guidance of a coach into the experience you desire. 

    I'll help you to understand the "WHY" so that you can become more aware. This is important because we can't change something we're not aware of. This will help you make better choices in your life.

    Yes, I am trained in helping my clients find their deepest truths by helping them heal, and sometimes grieve, their past so they can create what they desire from an empowered place. 

    And Yes, I help my clients put those explorations into action so they see results. 

    Why do I hesitate to call you?

    We are creatures of habit. This makes all changes and transitions difficult. What's more, we have an evolutionary fear of the unknown.

    Most people would rather die than change. The people who come to see me are not crazy; on the contrary, they're the brave ones who are prepared to ask for help with all the things they don't know.

    Seeking help is frowned upon by some people. We are supposed to know what to do, but often the people who we relied on to teach us don’t know how to change.  

    Coaching offers a choice between continuing to unconsciously reproduce the same patterns and remain stuck in our habits, or stepping back and trying to understand ourselves better and taking action in creating the life you desire. 

    That's how you change.

    How long will it take to feel better?

    Starting with your very first session, you should feel a great deal of relief from simply having talked about and externalized your problems.

    After that, it all depends on your commitment and regularity.

    If you come every week, you can start feeling good within the first month, and after a while, you won't need to come and see me anymore. Often when my clients move on, they will schedule quarterly sessions to help them stay on track. It's like with everything: the more committed and regular you are, the more lasting results you'll achieve.

    What sets you apart from other coaches?

    I have training as a psychotherapist, and I’m also a NLP (Neuro-LInguistic Programming) Master Practitioner and Trainer (the most advanced change technology on the planet). Additionally, I'm Licensed with PAX Programs (PAX stands for Partnership, Adoration and Ecstasy between men and women), as well as a Certified Relationship Coach. 

    I’ve also been an active student of A Course in Miracles since 1991. The course teaches that there are 2 things: Love (our best selves) and Fear (our instinctual impulses). I help my understand what drives them instinctually so they can rise above them and be their best self.

    This unique blend of training and skills helps me to navigate my client’s unique experience to help them heal the past, and become the magnet for what they desire and Live Their Lives in Love.

    Why did you choose to become a coach? 

    I suffer from "Mudita," which means that I derive pleasure from delighting in the well-being of others. While it's not always an easy job, because I come into contact with so many people who are suffering, helping someone to feel better and to transform themselves is very meaningful to me. I feel it's my purpose in life.

    Helping others to understand and know themselves better so they can experience Love on a daily basis and see results is very rewarding to me.
